Job summary

ProHealth Physicians, part of the Optum family of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Clinical RN Lead in Bloomfield, CT. This full-time role supports daily clinical operations, collaborates with Regional Nurse Managers, and delivers patient care through assessment, evaluation, and evidence-based practices.

You will manage scheduling, CLIA competencies, coding knowledge, infection control, and patient safety initiatives; lead a rotating team, and ensure smooth office operation while delivering

Qualifications

• RN license in Connecticut is required
• 1+ year of nursing experience in hospital or medical office
• Experience with charge/clinical lead responsibilities
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Triage patients; document calls; route to providers via EHR
• Educate patients on illness/injury and self-management
• Document interactions accurately in the EHR
• Lead scheduling and clinical team assignments
• Maintain CLIA competencies and regulatory knowledge
• Ensure patient safety initiatives and infection control compliance
• Collaborate with Regional Nurse Managers on operations
• Assist care team to ensure smooth office operation
