Job summary

ProHealth Physicians in Danbury, CT, is seeking a Clinical RN Lead for a full-time role. The position oversees daily clinical operations in collaboration with Regional Nurse Managers and provides direct patient care through assessment and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include triage, patient outreach, education, and accurate documentation in the EHR, plus scheduling and maintaining CLIA/compliance readiness. CT RN licensure required with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN licensure in CT.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a hospital or medical office.
• Experience with charge/clinical lead responsibilities.
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients; answer and document patient phone calls; route to providers using the EHR.
• Conduct outreach to patients for appointments, test results, and follow-up on plans of care.
• Educate patients regarding their illness or injury and self-management of their condition.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical activities in the EHR.
• Create and manage the clinical team's schedule and assignments.
