Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in CT.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a hospital or medical office.
• Experience with charge/clinical lead responsibilities.
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients; answer and document patient phone calls; routing to providers in the EHR.
• Educate patients regarding their illness and self-management of their condition.
• Schedule and manage the clinical team’s activities and rotating duties.
• Lead the clinical team to function in a patient-centered environment.
• Maintain compliance with current coding, OSHA and CLIA regulations and company policies.
• Create and manage the clinical team’s schedule including assignments for rotating duties.
• Participate in interviewing and precepting clinical team members.
