Job summary

ProHealth Physicians, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking an RN Clinical Lead for Pediatrics and Internal Medicine in Bloomfield, CT. This full-time role oversees daily clinical operations, coordinates with Regional Nurse Managers, and provides direct patient care in a busy community practice.

You’ll triage patients, manage scheduling, ensure compliance with CLIA/OSHA, and lead the clinical team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and CT RN license.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a hospital or medical office.
• Experience with charge/clinical lead responsibilities and EPIC EMR is preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and document messages using the EHR.
• Coordinate scheduling and provider support; manage clinical workflows.
• Lead the clinical team to deliver patient-centered care in a busy practice.
• Maintain compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and patient safety initiatives.
