The coordinator leads the healthcare team, manages patient care delivery, and collaborates with physicians to implement individualized plans. Candidates must have an approved nursing program, an active RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a specialized practice.
Completion of a nursing program as approved by the State Board of Nursing.
Active RN license required.
AHA BLS required.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate patient care for Mother and Baby unit.
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and scope of practice.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Oversee workflows to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
On-call and travel between campus facilities as needed.
