Job summary

UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Clinical Unit Coordinator for the Mother and Baby unit. This full-time night shift (7p-7a) includes weekend rotation and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The position requires an RN with at least two years in a specialized practice and a current RN license. The Clinical Coordinator will lead the care team, manage patient care processes, support the Clinic Administrator, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing program as approved by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a specialized practice.
• RN license current in state.
• AHA Healthcare BLS required.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and Universal Precautions.
