Job summary

UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center in Culpeper, VA is seeking a Clinical Unit Coordinator for the Mother and Baby unit. This full-time night shift (7p-7a) covers weekends on a rotating basis and carries a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Required are RN licensure, a nursing degree, and at least 2 years of specialized nursing experience, plus AHA BLS. OSHA knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a specialized practice.
• AHA Healthcare BLS required.
• Completion of a nursing program as approved by the State Board of Nursing.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and Universal Precautions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate patient care for Mother and Baby unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Ensure adherence to policies, documentation, and quality standards.
• Support program operations, cost control, and staff supervision.
