Responsibilities

• Provides and documents patient care under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Manager.
• Collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Educates patient and support system; communicates care plan using SBARQ when appropriate.
• Demonstrates nursing skills and supports continuous improvement of patient care.
