Tenet Healthcare's DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Michigan seeks a Clinical Coordinator - Telemetry. As an RN, you will lead the care delivery team, coordinate staffing, assign and prioritize patient care on the unit, and support the Administrative Director and Clinical Manager.

The role emphasizes staff development, process improvement, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care; RN licensure in Michigan and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree/Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize work and delegate.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and resource nursing personnel; assist in staff meetings and development.
• Coordinate staffing to maintain nurse-patient ratios; review monthly schedule.
• Facilitate unit throughput to improve LOS.
• Provide in-service programs to enhance staff competence.
• Assist with staff interviews, retention, and evaluations.
• Participate in development of department policies and process improvement.
