Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Michigan.

• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care delivery and staffing across shifts.
• Assign and schedule staff; prioritize, delegate and evaluate patient care.
• Assess nursing care and participate in process improvement.
• Support staff education and performance appraisals.
