Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator (RN) for the Telemetry unit in Detroit, MI. The role combines care delivery oversight with staffing, prioritization and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The position requires a Michigan RN license, an associate degree or diploma, and leadership experience. BSN is preferred, with BLS mandatory and ACLS preferred. It is a full-time daytime role with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Associates Degree/Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (Michigan).
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and facilitate processes.
• ACLS/BLs as noted; BLS required.

Mansioni

• Functions as lead and resource person for nursing personnel and coordinates staffing.
• Monitors schedule to maintain adequate nurse-patient ratios and communicates staffing changes.
• Facilitates unit throughput and improves length of stay.
• Provides in-service programs and supports staff development.
• Assists with interviews, retention, mentoring, and evaluation of staff.
• Participates in policy development and department standards.
• Supports process improvement and peer review activities.
