Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (Education) to guide nursing practice and policy alignment at Rosewalk Village. The role collaborates with the Director to maintain current clinical standards and ensure high-quality resident care.

The ADNS will mentor staff, communicate with residents and families, and uphold C.A.R.E. values across the team and facility operations in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assumes delegated responsibility for resident care per nursing practice standards.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing Services to develop and maintain policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a positive work environment and effective communication.
