Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, VA is seeking an RN Clinical Educator Nursing to support the Acute Care Unit with Progressive Care (PCU) patients. This hybrid role combines formal education, competency development, coaching, and guidance for onboarding and ongoing professional growth.

The position requires a Master's degree or BSN with active enrollment in a Master's program, plus 2 years of progressive nursing experience in the designated specialty and 3 months as a preceptor.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's Degree or BSN and enrollment in a Master's program at start.
• Experience: 2 years in designated nursing specialty; 3 months as a preceptor.
• Certification: BLS; Virginia RN licensure or eligibility; active multi-state license acceptable.
