Inova Loudoun Hospitalis is seeking an RN Clinical Educator Nursing for the Acute Care Unit, focusing on Progressive Care (PCU) patients. This hybrid role blends formal education, competency development, coaching, onboarding support, and evidence-based practice to advance patient care and staff growth.
Hours are full-time, Monday to Friday with some flexibility; requires a master’s degree or BSN with enrollment in a master's program, plus RN licensure in Virginia and 2 years’ progressive nursing
Competenze
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field required or enrollment in Master's program.
- BSN with enrollment in Master's program acceptable with plan and timelines in place.
- 2 years of progressive nursing experience in designated specialty; 3 months as a preceptor.

- Utilizes system strategies and tools to assess the competency of new nursing staff members focusing on quality of care and patient safety goals.
- Integrates theoretical knowledge, evidence-based principles and clinical nursing expertise into educational experiences for both new and experienced team members.

- Contributes to quality and safety initiatives across the organization.
