Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, DE is seeking an RN Clinical Educator specialized in Hemodialysis for a day-shift, 40-hour-per-week role. The position combines clinical education with direct patient care and requires flexibility to work at Newark and Wilmington Hemodialysis units.

The ideal candidate holds Delaware RN license (compact accepted), BSN preferred; ADN must obtain BSN within 3 years. A minimum of two years in clinical hemodialysis and RN hospital experience are required.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• ADN candidates are required to obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire date
• A minimum of two years of clinical hemodialysis experience required
• 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting required
• BLS required, additional specialty certifications as needed (ACLS, PALS)
• Specialty certification preferred

RN Clinical Educator - Hemodialysis - Day Shift FT, 40 hours per week, No holiday, weekend, or on-call requirements Schedule: Two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week

The position requires:

• Working two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week
• Responsibilities split between clinical education and direct patient care assignments
• Flexibility to work at both the Newark and Wilmington Hemodialysis units

The Unit

The Hemodialysis Units comprises 16 beds and focuses on providing care to patients of all ages with acute or chronic kidney-related diseases. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing each patient's needs and delivering appropriate care to address those needs.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
