Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, DE is seeking an RN Clinical Educator specialized in Hemodialysis for a day-shift, 40-hour-per-week role. The position combines clinical education with direct patient care and requires flexibility to work at Newark and Wilmington Hemodialysis units.

The ideal candidate holds Delaware RN license (compact accepted), BSN preferred; ADN must obtain BSN within 3 years. A minimum of two years in clinical hemodialysis and RN hospital experience are required.

Qualifications

• Delaware RN license or Compact Nursing License
• BSN preferred
• ADN candidates are required to obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire date
• A minimum of two years of clinical hemodialysis experience required
• 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting required
• BLS required, additional specialty certifications as needed (ACLS, PALS)
• Specialty certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Split between clinical education and direct patient care assignments
• Flexibility to work at both the Newark and Wilmington Hemodialysis units
• Assess patient needs and deliver appropriate care to address those needs
