Job summary

ChristianaCare Health System in Newark, Delaware, is seeking an RN Clinical Educator for the Hemodialysis unit. The role combines clinical education with direct patient care, with two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week, and flexibility to work at both Newark and Wilmington units.

Required: Delaware RN license or Compact, at least 2 years in hemodialysis and RN hospital experience; BLS; BSN preferred with ADN eligible for BSN within 3 years. Comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Delaware RN license or Compact Nursing License is required.
• BSN preferred; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical hemodialysis experience required.
• 2 years of RN hospital experience required; BLS required.
• ACLS and/or PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education and maintain patient care assignments.
• Cover two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts weekly.
• Support education across Newark and Wilmington Hemodialysis units.
