Job summary

Christiana Care Health System in Newark, DE is seeking an RN Clinical Educator for the Hemodialysis unit. The role combines clinical education with direct patient care across two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts each week, with flexibility to work in Newark and Wilmington units.

Requirements include Delaware RN license or Compact Nursing License and BLS; ADN with BSN within 3 years, plus a minimum of two years dialysis experience and two years hospital RN experience.

Qualifications

• Delaware RN license or Compact Nursing License is required.
• BSN preferred; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum two years of clinical hemodialysis experience.
• Two years RN experience in a hospital setting required.
• Current BLS; ACLS/PALS or other specialty certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Split responsibilities between clinical education and direct patient care.
• Attend two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts weekly.
• Flexibility to work at Newark and Wilmington Hemodialysis units.
• Assess patient needs and deliver appropriate care.

Education
