Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, DE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Hemodialysis Unit. The role is full-time on a 12-hour day shift (9:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m.), with every other Saturday and 1–2 on-call shifts per month.

Responsibilities include assessing patients and delivering dialysis care. Delaware RN licensure, BSN within three years, and BLS are required; one year of dialysis experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in Hemodialysis.
• BLS certification required.
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility.
• BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire.

Registered Nurse (RN) - HemodialysisFT Day Shift (12-hour 9a-930p shift). Every other Saturday and 1 to 2 on-call shifts per month.Newark, DEChristianaCare Hospital's Hemodialysis Unit in Newark, DE, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a commitment of 3 to 12-hour shifts per week.

Call Responsibility: Be at the hospital, set up, and ready to deliver treatment within one hour.

The UnitThe Hemodialysis Unit comprises 16 beds and focuses on providing care to patients of all ages with acute or chronic kidney-related diseases. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing each patient's needs and delivering appropriate care to address those needs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
• BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire date.
• All candidates must have one year of experience as an RN in Hemodialysis
• BLS certification required

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
