Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia seeks an experienced Operating Room nurse to serve as a clinical expert, educating staff, guiding research and coaching clinical practice. The role acts as a change agent, delivering direct patient care when needed and communicating departmental issues to leaders as required.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, 2 years OR nursing experience, Georgia RN licensure, BCLS, and preferred advanced certifications such as AORN.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience is required.
• RN licensure for Georgia is required.
• BCLS certification is required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) is preferred.
