Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare in Norcross, GA seeks an Operating Room nurse who will serve as a clinical expert in education, research, coaching, direct patient care, and ethical decision making for surgical services staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 2 years of OR experience, and Georgia RN licensure with BCLS. Certification in a specialty (AORN) is preferred, supporting high-quality perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required.
• RN - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) preferred.

• Acts as a change agent and promotes quality through clinical expertise.
