Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a seasoned registered nurse to serve as a clinical expert in the surgical services team. You will provide education, direct patient care, and collaborate with leadership to drive quality in a high-volume OR setting.

The role requires 2 years of OR nursing experience, Georgia RN licensure, and BCLS; AORN certification is preferred. This on-site position offers growth within the Surgical Services department.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required.
• RN licensure in Georgia state and/or multistate licensure required.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) preferred.

Serves as a change agent and promotes quality through the utilization of clinical expertise. Provides clinical care as needed when staffing and/or case load demands. Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leader(s) as needed.
