Job summary

Qualifications

• RN nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice.
• Experience with competency assessment and clinical education.
• Familiarity with Adult Learning principles and teaching methods.
• Proven ability to train and develop clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical competency assessments and staff training.
• Deliver education focusing on clinical skills, critical thinking, and teamwork.
• Participate in interview and selection of clinical staff.
• Conduct annual and orientation competency evaluations.
• Oversee preceptor program and train the trainer model.
