Job summary

Garden Terrace Alzheimer's Center of Excellence seeks an RN Staff Development Coordinator to plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service education in line with applicable laws and Life Care standards.

The role requires an RN license, a nursing diploma, and at least basic skilled nursing experience, with preference for candidates who have prior staff development or education responsibilities in a nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State.
• Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, develops, and directs all in-service education.
• Ensures education programs comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Monitors quality and effectiveness of nursing staff education.
