Life Care Center Sierra Vista is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to plan, develop and direct our education and training programs for nursing and support staff. You will ensure programs comply with laws and Life Care standards and maintain records accordingly.

The role requires an active RN license, nursing degree, and CPR certification with at least 1 year of skilled nursing or teaching experience preferred.

Competenze

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required (upon hire or during orientation).
• 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Teaching/education experience preferred.

• Plan, develop, direct, conduct, evaluate, and coordinate staff training and orientation.
• Maintain associate training and in-service records.
• Demonstrate exceptional patient service and a positive attitude toward patients.
