Job summary

Your Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical education across our Aiken offices, designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to improve patient care and staff competencies. The Director of Clinical Education will mentor staff, align programs with regulatory standards, and partner with leadership to identify learning needs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing is required.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred; CNPD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff in clinical education across the organization.
• Design, implement, and evaluate education programs to improve patient care.
• Ensure programs align with best practices, regulations, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify learning needs and priorities.
• Coordinate hands-on workshops, simulations, and competency assessments.
