Job summary

Your Health Organization in South Carolina is recruiting a Director of Clinical Education to build and lead educational programs for our Aiken office and broader primary care team. The role demands a strong clinical background, leadership, and a passion for continuous learning across departments.

The successful candidate will design and evaluate training, mentor staff, and drive process improvements to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Master’s in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
• CNPD or related certification preferred.
• Experience with adult education principles and methodologies.
• Experience developing online or blended learning programs.
• Proficiency with technology tools for remote monitoring, telemedicine, and EMRs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, providing education and mentorship to the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote evidence-based practice through education and support.
• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions to address knowledge gaps.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust educational programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop protocols aligned with best practice.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops and simulations to ensure proficiency.
