Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
- CNPD or related certification preferred.
- Proficient in adult education principles and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs.
- Mentor and coach staff; promote a positive learning environment.
- Identify training needs and develop learning solutions.
- Lead hands-on workshops, simulations, and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop training protocols.
- Monitor and improve program effectiveness against goals.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to align with organizational aims.
