Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in good standing.
- Masters in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
- CNPD certification preferred.
- Ability to apply adult education principles in clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate education programs for staff.
- Mentor and coach interdisciplinary teams.
- Lead hands-on workshops and simulations.
- Assess training needs and develop learning solutions.
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations.
