Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead our professional development program for long-term care and short-term rehab settings. You will onboard and train new staff, coordinate ongoing education for current team, and ensure compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements while fostering a mentor-driven culture.

Experience in clinical education or staff development is preferred; CDC- IPCO certification is required or must be completed

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of nursing experience required.
• Long-Term Care or SNF experience OR Clinical Education/Staff Development experience preferred.
• CDC - IPCO Certification required or must be willing to complete within 5 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the professional development program for long-term care and sub-acute care settings.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff; facilitate ongoing education and regulatory training.
• Ensure center remains in compliance with credentialing and educational requirements.
