Job summary

AdventHealth in Orange City, FL is seeking an experienced RN with HR responsibilities to support unit-based staff education, onboarding, and performance feedback. This full-time role requires clinical expertise, RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a strong grasp of EMR systems.

The position entails collaboration with Nursing leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of clinical experience, a BSN preferred, and be adept with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Must have HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to new software.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• RN license, BLS, ACLS required.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes unit-based staff education on new equipment, medication, policy and procedure changes.
• Works with the Nurse Manager to facilitate successful onboarding of new staff.
• Rounds on patients and provides feedback to nursing staff, including coaching and guidance to improve patient safety and outcomes.
• Provides coaching to individual nursing staff to achieve improved performance and outcomes.
• Provides objective information for employee 90-day and annual performance evaluations.
