Job summary
Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an experienced RN to lead the professional development program in a long-term care and sub-acute setting. You will oversee onboarding, staff training, and the rollout of new regulatory education to keep the center compliant and the team skilled.
Ideal candidates hold an ASN or higher, a clear RN license in the state, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. LTC/SNF or clinical education experience is preferred; CDC-IPCO certification is required or
Qualifications
- ASN or higher in Nursing is required.
- Active RN licensure in state of practice is required.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Long-Term Care or SNF experience or Clinical Education/Staff Development preferred.
- CDC-IPCO Certification required or willingness to complete within 5 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the professional development program in long-term/sub-acute care.
- Assist onboarding and training, rollout of regulatory training and ensure compliance.
- Ensure the center meets regulatory, credentialing and education requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality care and staff performance.
