Life Care Centers of America in Yuma, AZ seeks an RN Staff Development Coordinator to plan, organize, and direct all in-service education for nursing and other staff in a post-acute care setting. Must hold an active RN license and a nursing diploma (ADN or BSN).

CPR certification is required or obtained during orientation. Preference given to candidates with skilled nursing experience and teaching/education background.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, direct, conduct, evaluate, and coordinate staff training, education, in service, and orientation.
• Maintain associate training and in service records.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance; communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
