Legacy Hospice seeks an RN Clinical Director to lead an interdisciplinary team of RNs, aides, social workers and chaplains, collaborating with the Program Director, Hospice Physician, and Community Liaisons to ensure excellent patient care and program growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of dignified end-of-life care, with a supportive, growth‑oriented environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Registered Nurse with a current state license to practice in the state of office location.
• 3+ years as a nurse with 1 year in hospice/home health/oncology and 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, clinical bedside nursing, and family counseling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee a spectrum of patient services in line with hospice program policies.
• Provide guidance to an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff.
• Conduct chart audits to ensure regulatory and ethical standards are met.
• Participate in developing orientation and in-service training for nursing and clinical staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve patient care.
