Job summary
Hospice of New Mexico is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge and supervisory experience to lead an amazing team of clinicians as their Clinical Director. You will collaborate with the Program Director, Hospice Physician, and Community Liaisons to ensure office excellence and compliant care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; RN license in good standing.
- 3+ years as a nurse with 1 year in hospice/home health/oncology and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage terminal care, crisis intervention, and family counseling.
- Proficient with EMR and computer systems; valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee a spectrum of patient services in line with hospice policies.
- Lead and empower a team of clinicians, promoting continuous improvement of care.
- Perform chart audits to ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
- Develop orientation and ongoing training for nursing staff across proficiency levels.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to enhance service delivery.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings to refine care plans.
