Job summary

Pullman Regional Hospital in Washington state is seeking a Clinical Coordinator – Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate and deliver patient care within the unit. You will supervise nursing teams, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with physicians and other staff to maintain high standards of care.

The role requires current RN licensure in Washington, BLS, ACLS, and PALS with TNCC and NRP within stated timelines, plus trauma and stroke education goals.

Qualifications

• Maintain nursing licensure in good standing in the State of Washington.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, certifications within 3 months of hire; TNCC and NRP within 6 months of hire.
• Four hours of Trauma education every 3 years; Stroke education 8 hours annually.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize nursing care to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Assemble and adjust patient care plans based on nursing assessment and evidence-based practice.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients and colleagues to maintain a therapeutic relationship.
• Help ensure appropriate staffing and support nursing teams during shifts.
• Participate in organizational quality improvement initiatives.
