Job summary

Port Washington Post Acute in Bremerton, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift to deliver direct resident care, coordinate treatments, and ensure safety and quality.

You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, document care accurately, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and uphold regulatory standards. Washington RN license required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license or eligibility
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN accepted)
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality resident care
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred; new grads welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and communicate changes promptly to physicians and families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, providing guidance and feedback as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and facility policies
• Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately to ensure resident safety
