Job summary

Abrazo Scottsdale Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse leader to coordinate a clinic unit, manage scheduling for the unit's RNs, and serve as a liaison to patients and internal staff. The role includes developing plans to meet regulatory requirements and mentoring team members.

The position emphasizes staff development, scheduling accuracy, and ensuring patient care quality while maintaining a focus on regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functions related to a clinic unit and schedule unit RNs.
• Provide patient care per designated standards and supervise care by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Assist orientation, onboarding, and annual competency completion for new hires and staff.
• Interact with customers to ensure professional conduct and track service performance.
