Qualifications

• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Two years relevant clinical nursing experience.
• AZ RN license and CPR; ACLS as applicable by facility/department.
• NICU experience with neonatal ventilator equipment.
• NRP/PALS/ENPC requirements within orientation timeline.
• Specialty certifications: Bariatrics, Wound/Ostomy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per designated standards; supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs.
• Oversee day-to-day staffing and department scheduling.
• Coordinate orientation and annual competencies for staff.
• Ensure professional customer service and track performance.
