Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Enterprise Float Pool in Utah. The role coordinates unit activities, acts as a clinical resource, and supports leadership while maintaining high standards of patient care.

You will require an RN license with strong clinical skills, plus the ability to lead, collaborate, and adapt to flexible staffing within a multi-facility pool.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or by endorsement.
• One (1) year of clinical RN experience.
• RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Nursing Specialty Certification (preferred).
• 2 years of hospital RN experience within a specialty (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and department activities for the unit.
• Serve as clinical resource and role model.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment to ensure high-quality care.
• Act as shift charge and assign duties.
• Liaise with physicians and the patient care team.
• Manage admissions and staffing needs to ensure safe care.
