Job summary

Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, UT seeks a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool to deliver preventive, supportive, and individualized care across units. You’ll assess, plan, and coordinate patient care, float to Med/Surg, Behavioral Health and Orthopedics, and maintain safety and documentation while collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• Current State of Utah Registered Nurse license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification is required; additional department certifications may be required.
• Minimum one year of medical/surgical acute hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across Float Pool units, covering Med/Surg, Behavioral Health and Orthopedics.
• Assess, plan, document and coordinate individualized patient care.
• Maintain patient safety and communicate plans with patients and families.
