Maximus is seeking a Registered Nurse, Clinical Assessor to join our growing team in Maine. You will evaluate individuals in their homes, group homes, and care facilities to determine Long Term Care needs and placement options. The role requires commuting within and covering Cumberland & York County.

Essential duties include completing assessments, using standardized tools, and documenting outcomes in a HIPAA-compliant manner. Travel >50% per workweek is expected to support program delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post graduate nursing experience.
• Specific clinical license requirements per contract.
• Travel to client locations >50% per workweek.

Responsibilities

• Complete medical/behavioral health assessments using standardized tools.
• Conduct on-site, video, or telephonic assessments to determine needs and level of care.
• Ensure documentation complies with HIPAA and standards.
• Travel to client locations to support program delivery.
