Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for the PACE program. The role oversees nursing care and supervision of clinical staff, coordinating with multiple disciplines and regulatory bodies to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree and active state license; 2+ years geriatric nursing experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience are preferred. BLS certification is required or higher.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.
• 2+ years' experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervision/management of staff in a healthcare environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher following AHA or Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of nursing care and supervision of clinical support and nursing staff.
• Coordinate and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.
• Manage day-to-day staff activities and ensure quality patient care.
