Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Colorado's Parker area seeks a Practice Manager II to oversee 35 designated practices and more than 1,500 providers within an integrated ambulatory network.

You will develop strategic plans, manage operating and capital budgets, oversee business and clinical functions, and liaise with service lines and joint ventures to expand services and ensure patient and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years in a healthcare field with at least 2 years in management.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead a small business.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day activities at multiple practice sites in the Parker area.
• Develops, monitors, and responds to financial, service, and quality indicators.
• Recruits, selects, coaches, and mentors staff to achieve quality patient care.
• Develops and manages capital and operating budgets in support of strategic plans.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and accrediting body requirements across operations.
