Job summary

Box-Butte-General-Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse GNMSS Clinic Manager to guide daily operations for three Rural Health Clinics. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate staffing, workflows, and resources, and align with leadership to meet access, quality, and productivity goals while upholding RHC and DNV standards.

The role requires RN licensure in Nebraska, BLS, and a strong background in clinic operations, with a preference for BSN or higher and management experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Nebraska with BLS and a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience.
• Preferred: 1–2 years as a clinic nurse manager or coordinator in outpatient setting.
• BSN or higher; education in management/leadership nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff, clinic operations, staffing, workflows, and resources.
• Coordinate outreach clinics and vaccination events.
• Ensure RHC guidelines and DNV surveys are upheld.
• Lead quality measure improvements and revenue cycle collaboration.
• Participate in recruitment and performance evaluations.
