Job summary

Box Butte General Hospital in Alliance, NE seeks a Registered Nurse GNMSS Clinic Manager to oversee three Rural Health Clinics, lead nursing staff, scheduling, and clinic operations.

You will collaborate with the Director of Clinic Operations, Medical Director, and CEO to ensure patient-centered care, regulatory compliance (RHC & DNV), and efficient revenue cycles. A BSN is preferred and Nebraska RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Nebraska; BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• BSN degree preferred; management or leadership education is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three Rural Health Clinics (RHCs).
• Lead nursing staff, scheduling, workflows, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with Director of Clinic Operations, Medical Director, and CEO.
• Ensure compliant, patient-centered care and positive patient experience.
• Maintain RHC guidelines and prepare for RHC and DNV surveys.
