As the Clinical Support Manager RN, you begin your day partnering with providers, clinic leaders, and staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences. You review staffing needs, monitor workflows, and provide support to teams across multiple clinic locations.
Throughout the day, you serve as a trusted clinical resource and leader, coaching staff, facilitating team huddles, and fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability. You play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, retention, and professional development initiatives while helping team members succeed in their roles.
You also lead educational programs, competency validation, and staff training efforts, ensuring clinical teams remain current on best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
