Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing staff across all clinic locations and ensure assigned duties are completed.
Build and maintain nursing schedules, including coordination for required travel.
Train and onboard new nursing staff with essential, role-specific instruction.
Partner with QA/QI to support clinic quality measures and help improve procedures.
Serve as a clear liaison between nursing staff and administration.
