This RN Manager role provides clinical oversight, leadership, and operational management across regions to ensure high-quality patient care. The position emphasizes collaboration with physicians and staff, budget oversight, and leadership in clinical and personnel management within the region.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in managing a healthcare facility.
• At least 3 years clinical experience relevant to the patient population.
• Leadership experience including staff and budget management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong PR and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to interact with physicians and employees at all levels.
• RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Support staff and patient care with high quality standards.
