(CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Clinical Manager

A Clinical Manager at CBI is a licensed behavioral health professional in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. They provide clinical supervision, deliver required clinical trainings during new employee orientation and throughout the year, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop trainings that improve clinical competencies and service delivery. The Clinical Manager conducts scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffing consults, provides guidance and direction in accordance with CBI Clinical Policy and Procedure, and ensures that clinical programming and services meet state and federal requirements and ethical standards. They review behavioral health assessments and risk assessments and provide feedback to staff.

Education and Experience Required

• Master’s degree in a field related to behavioral health.
• Licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
• 1–3 years of full‑time behavioral health care related work experience (preferred but not required).
• Fingerprint clearance card.
• Current Arizona driver’s license.
• Clear 39‑month motor vehicle record.
