Community Bridges, Inc. A Clinical Manager at CBI is a licensed behavioral health professional in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. They provide clinical supervision, deliver required clinical trainings during new employee orientation and throughout the year, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop trainings that improve clinical competencies and service delivery. The Clinical Manager conducts scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffing consults, provides guidance and direction in accordance with CBI Clinical Policy and Procedure, and ensures that clinical programming and services meet state and federal requirements and ethical standards. They review behavioral health assessments and risk assessments and provide feedback to staff.
